The AfDB’s Country Focus Report (CFR) are policies that seek to accelerate African countries' economic growth and build resilience to shocks. They provide governments and potential investors with up-to-date, accurate data to inform policy and investment decisions. This paper raises some observations from the bank’s 2022 CFR for Ghana, which primarily focuses on climate resilience (agriculture), just energy transition and climate finance.
